Welcome WVU Students Who Are Parents
West Virginia University Student Family Resources (SFR) (formerly Child Development and Family Support Services) is a department that supports retention, recruitment and wellness of WVU students who are parents. Located on the first floor of the Purinton House, SFR serves as a central campus location for current or potential WVU students seeking child care and family support information. The office, adjacent family resource center and lactation room serve as a support system for WVU families to reduce family conflict, stress, and risk factors so they can earn their degrees at West Virginia University.
